4. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance

  • FunCards reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:

    • Incorrect pricing

    • Stock unavailability

    • Suspected fraud or misuse

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed

  • Delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control

  • Due to the nature of card games, opened or used products are non-returnable

  • Returns or replacements are accepted only in case of:

    • Manufacturing defect

    • Incorrect item delivered

     

All return requests must follow our Return & Refund Policy.

7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD is currently not available Pan India
