Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days
Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays
Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email for now.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India
International shipping is not available at the moment

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

Metro cities: 2–4 business days
Other cities & towns: 3–6 business days
Remote locations: 5–8 business days

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and shown at checkout
No shipping charges are levied on the customer now as per our company policies

Failed Deliveries & RTO

If a delivery attempt fails due to:

Incorrect address
Customer unavailable / unreachable
Order refusal

The order may be returned to us (RTO).
📌 RTO shipping charges will be deducted from refunds, if applicable.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address
FunCards is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect details

Damaged Packages

If the outer package appears damaged at delivery, please record an unboxing video
