Refund policy

Returns

Due to the nature of this game and playing cards in general:

  • ❌ Returns are NOT accepted if the product is:

    • Opened

    • Used

    • Tampered with

    • Missing cards or components

This is to ensure fairness and hygiene for all customers.

Damaged or Defective Products

We accept returns only in case of:

  • Incorrect product/deck delivered

📌 To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • An unboxing video is mandatory (without cuts or edits)

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

Please email us at info@funcards.in with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos / video of the issue

  • Brief description

Refunds

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to:

    • Original payment method (for prepaid orders)

    • Bank transfer (for COD orders, after details are shared)

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened card decks

  • Used products

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Orders returned due to refusal or incorrect address (RTO)
